Please join us bi-weekly for an interactive group discussion designed to help you understand and deal with both sides of caregiving: providing it and receiving it. We want you to feel comfortable and safe sharing whatever is on your mind.
Caregiving crosses all illnesses, conditions and health concerns. Providing care for loved ones often leads to feeling intimidated, confused, frustrated and exhausted. Sharing this burden can relieve this stress and hearing from others that are going through similar journeys can provide you with solutions as well.
