Welcome June! We are so excited that summer is finally here. The Kensington will be the place to be this summer! It’s time to use our outdoor space and enjoy the wonderful warmth of the summer sunshine.
One the best parts of living at the Kensington are the wonderful summer concerts in the park. Starting in June, every Sunday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. there are free concerts right across the street. We will be setting up chairs right outside our community for everyone to enjoy the live music. Connections residents have box seats for the concert on their balcony, so if you are interested in sitting upstairs, just let us know!
June will be filled with plenty of fun and sunshine. We will be celebrating our fathers with a steak house dinner and great jazz music. Don’t forget Prom!! Residents, pull out your formals and get all decked out for a night to remember. We will be crowning 2016’s Prom King and Queen. This year we will also have a Prom Court. It is sure to be an exciting time!
With all the summer visitors, Forest and I will be sure to stock up on Popsicles and ice cream! Feel free to stop by anytime…
