    Nandini Sinha

    Nandani Sinha is a professional opera singer, educator, and arts leader whose career spans over a decade of national and international performances. Known for her powerful mezzo-soprano voice, she has performed with major companies including LA Opera, Opera San Jose, Opera Santa Barbara, and Long Beach Opera.

    Currently pursuing a Doctorate at Johns Hopkins University, Nandani’s research focuses on the intersection of music and medicine, with an emphasis on dementia care, therapeutic arts, and ethical leadership in healthcare settings. She serves as the Senior Artist for Community & Education at LA Opera, where she leads initiatives such as Arts and Health Week and Opera for Wellness and Life.

    She is also the founder and artistic director of Music Heals Minds, a nonprofit bringing live, interactive music to memory care residents and individuals living with dementia. Under her leadership, Music to Remember offers free weekly sessions as a gift to the community.

    Passionate about the healing power of music, Nandani bridges performance, research, and advocacy to promote human dignity, social justice, and connection through the arts.
