Foundations for a Fresh Start: A Caregiver’s Guide to a Meaningful New Years
Join Dr. James Rouse, Life Coach, and our Kensington Caregiver Coaches as they guide you through the unexpected moments of grace that carry us through, share practical ways to practice self-love even in the whirlwind of daily life, and help you lay the foundation for a year of meaningful beginnings. You’ll leave inspired to embrace micro-moments of joy, renewal, and self-kindness that can transform your year ahead.
The start of a new year is a powerful invitation to pause, reflect, and care for the person who often gives the most—you. Caregiving can bring quiet struggles, self-doubt, and moments when your own needs are set aside. This session is a heartfelt space to honor those experiences and nurture yourself with grace, compassion, and intentionality.
Start your new year not just surviving, but truly thriving—because the care you give yourself matters just as much as the care you give others.
