About the speaker:

Portrait of Kensington Sierra Madre Breast Cancer Event speaker Daphne Stewart, M.D.Daphne Stewart, M.D., is an associate clinical professor in the Department of Medical Oncology & Therapeutics Research at City of Hope’s South Pasadena and Arcadia locations. Dr. Stewart joined City of Hope from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where she was an associate clinical professor of medicine, as well as associate program director of the Hematology-Oncology fellowship at the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Stewart is board certified in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine. She is also an accomplished and experienced clinician, clinical researcher and committed teacher. She sees patients with benign and malignant hematologic disorders, as well as solid tumors. She has a particular interest in coagulation and is a published author who lectures on the topic.
