Our Promise is to love and care for our residents as we do our own families – and this Promise includes our team, too.

Kensington Senior Living is a wonderful place where togetherness and a spirit of collaboration are features of each day. We’ve worked hard to build a culture where every voice is heard and talents are celebrated—an approach that makes it possible for professional dreams to come true.

Join us for an inspirational career-building event, presented by Dr. James Rouse, Career Coach. Learn how a healthy workplace environment can help you cultivate a career that is meaningful, satisfying and impactful. And hear firsthand from Kensington Team Members who will acquaint you with the core values we uphold: love for seniors, respect for each other, spirit to serve and passion for excellence.

Kensington Senior Living is a special blend of kindness and high-level professionalism with competitive pay, benefits, job security and more! We are a united family of families…a community…a village. Please join us.

Questions regarding this event or our career opportunities, please reach out to Cris Quesada, Director of Team Member Services, at cquesada@kensingtonsl.com.
