Caregiving for a loved one is an extraordinary gesture of devotion, and it can be rewarding. However, the relentless responsibilities of caregiving can become so consuming that they threaten the physical, mental and emotional well-being of the caregiver and cause burnout.

Please join us to learn how to bridge the gap between self-care and care of others. Family consultant Gisel Silva, who currently facilitates the largest family caregiver support group for the USC Family Caregiver Support Center, will lead a supportive discussion. Make new connections with fellow family caregivers and enjoy light summer bites and beverages made by our Executive Chef Dusko.

And remember, at The Kensington, our promise is to love and care for your family as we do our own. And that includes you. Please lean on us. We are ready and able to offer support, resources and comfort, and we are eager to lend a hand.
