A Thoughtfully Curated Virtual Book Club Created with the Caregiver in Mind
The Kensington is thrilled to once again partner with our dear friend, internationally renowned teacher, naturopathic physician, and motivational speaker, Dr. James Rouse.
Join us on the first Wednesday of every month, from May through August, as participants are guided through selected excerpts of featured books, all carefully curated by Dr. James. Similar to literature notes, Dr. James will take the best of the best from each book and lead us with inspiring discussions on topics such as self-love, personal growth, and self acceptance.
Connect with others looking to include some positivity in their lives! The first 10 people who register for this event will receive the book for free.
May 5th – Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead, by Brene Brown. This book teaches us to embrace vulnerability and imperfection, to live wholeheartedly, and to courageously engage in our lives.
