A Thoughtfully Curated Virtual Book Club Created with the Caregiver in Mind

The Kensington is thrilled to once again partner with our dear friend, internationally renowned teachernaturopathic physician, and motivational speaker, Dr. James Rouse.

Join us on the first Wednesday of every month, from May through August, as participants are guided through selected excerpts of featured booksall carefully curated by Dr. James. Similar to literature notes, Dr. James will take the best of the best from each book and lead us with inspiring discussions on topics such as self-lovepersonal growth, and self acceptance.

Connect with others looking to include some positivity in their lives! The first 10 people who register for this event will receive the book for free.

July 7thThe Great Work of Your Life – A Guide for the Journey of Your True Calling, by Stephen Cope.  Explore the concept of dharma in this book – your purpose, or how you are meant to realize your life.  As the author describes – “be yourself and trust in your dharma gift as avoiding it will destroy you”.


About the Moderator:

Dr. James Rouse is a high-performance lifestyle leader & functional nutrition expert, motivational speaker, nationally renowned naturopathic doctor, entrepreneur, athlete, and award- winning author of over a dozen books. He has presented to audiences on every continent while sharing the stage with celebrities such as Steve Wozniak, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Dr. James combines his knowledge of natural medicine, transformational psychology, yoga and therapeutic cooking to inspire people to improve the quality of their lives and to provide them with the tools they need to make positive, healthy changes.
