Cook with the creators of the first and only nutrition program proven to prevent and reverse signs of cognitive decline, The NEURO Plan, and learn how the proactive approach of developing and sustaining positive health habits makes possible the prevention of devastating diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Watch as they prepare a meal using a recipe from their cookbook, The 30-Day Alzheimer’s Solution.
