Boost your brain health with Kensington Senior Living and Chef Annie Fenn, MD and Founder of Brain Health Kitchen. Join us for an interactive and informative two-part cooking class, with a special introduction by Steve Gurney, Founder of Positive Aging Community.

Cook alongside renowned Chef and Brain Health Specialist in this interactive series as she shares her passion for food and the connection between nutrition and cognitive health.

In Part I, Chef Annie Fenn, MD shares her pantry essentials, teaching us how to prepare preserved lemons, almost instant cashew cream, homemade nut milk, yogurt sauce, and more! Then, we’ll kick off the Fall season with Part II and learn how to make crispy artichokes with cashew cream, mushroom and squash soup, zoodles with garlicky shrimp and walnut parm, and blueberry polenta crisp!

Chef Annie Fenn, MD, Founder of Brain Health Kitchen was an OB-GYN for over 20 years. In 2015, she founded Brain Health Kitchen after becoming passionate about the connection between nutrition and cognitive health. She now teaches her method of cooking across the US and abroad.
