We will also talk about having the right advocate in the circle of care and what happens in the hospital from admission to discharge. This will be a panel discussion with questions and answers at the end.

Pat Tager, R.N. – The Director of Case Management with Methodist Hospital. She has
been a nurse for 37 years and 24 years of that time in Case Management working for Hospitals, LTACs, HMO’s, and IPA’s. She also has experience in Quality Improvement and Infectious Disease.
Mary Winners, M.S. – Mary Winners holds an MS Degree from the University of La Verne. She
is the owner of About Senior Solutions, providing direction in care for seniors and their families
through Care Coordination, Geriatric Evaluation, Resources and Placement.
Robert A. Earnest, J.D. – An independent professional fiduciary. He founded Earnest Trust
Management, serving the San Gabriel Valley. He helps families by serving as their trusted professional and personal executor, conservator, agent and trustee.
Emily T. Porter – An attorney with extensive experience counseling individuals and families in all
aspects of estate planning and trust administration. Emily has four generations of roots in the San Gabriel Valley and enjoys assisting those in her community through these very personal matters.
