Chef Dusko’s Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free)
- 8 Yolks
- 1 cup Powder Sugar
- 1 cup Melted Chocolate
- 1 cup unsalted Butter
Beat all the ingredients together with the mixer until smooth. Divide in half. Set one half aside for filling.
Add 4 tablespoons of ground walnuts and 8 egg whites in other half. Fold in together.
Grease and flour half sheet pan and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut the cake horizontally; to get three layers.
Spread half of the filling on the first layer, then lay the second layer on top of it . Spread the remaining filling and top it off with third layer of cake.
Cover the cake with melted chocolate.
